STUTTER MACHINE — CHANGELOG

1.0.3
-----
- Re-signed with a new certificate. The old signing certificate had been
reachable on the website by mistake, so it is replaced rather than trusted.
Nothing about the panel itself has changed. Your installer may note a
different unknown publisher; that is this, and it is expected.

1.0.2
-----
- Time remap mode on a layer that can't be re-timed — a solid, shape, text or
null — now says so in plain English and points you at Duplicated layers,
instead of passing After Effects' own developer error straight through. It
also stops before opening an undo group, so a refusal leaves nothing behind.

Found by the panel's first test run inside a real After Effects.

1.0.1
-----
- A way to buy from inside the panel, shown only once the trial has actually
held a pass back — not before.

Nothing about how stutters are built has changed. This release also adds the
panel's first automated test suite: the stutter geometry, the plan, the trial
cap and the rule that a pass only ever adds layers and never edits the clip
you pointed it at are now all checked on every build.

1.0.0
-----
First release.

- Duplicated-layer stutters: duplicates the clip, trims each copy to your
chunk length, stacks them back to back down the layer.
- Sync-preserving. Copies sit above the clip, which keeps running underneath,
so playback lands back on the beat after every stutter with no drift.
- Learn: reads the chunk length, copy count and spacing off stutters you cut
by hand, then continues in your rhythm.
- Time remap mode: same result via hold keyframes, no added layers.
- BPM helper — type the tempo, pick beats or bars, get the frame spacing.
- Preview before applying. Changes nothing until you hit Apply.
- Alternate 2/3 frame chunks so long runs don't go mechanical.
- Markers as beats.
- Remove mine: deletes only what the panel made, leaves hand cuts alone.
- Whole clip / work area / after-last-stutter ranges.
